- In-Person Live Hours: October 10-11: View In-Person Schedule.

Registration Options:
- Virtual Only Registration: This registration includes a live online virtual weekend (10 CEUs available) and on-demand hours (8 CEUs available).
- In-Person & Virtual Registration: This registration includes in-person hours at the Hilton Charlotte Airport, Charlotte, NC (12 hours available), the option to take additional hours during the live online weekend (10 CEUs available), and on-demand hours (8 CEUs available).
*Please be advised that online registration closes on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. Registration after this date must be done on-site and will incur a $50 late registration fee.
On-Demand Education Information:
- On-demand education will be available in the registrant's profile starting October 3rd.
- You will access this education in your NCCA profile.
- This education can be taken at your own pace.
- This education is optional and fulfills online hours for the NC DC license renewal, of which a maximum of 8 hours is allowed.
- On-demand education does not count toward the 10-hour live education requirement.
