- Pre-function Single/Double Space:
- Single Space: $1250 (includes two representative registrations)
- Double Space: $1750 (includes four representative registrations).
- These booths will have the best attendee traffic. These vendor spaces cannot fit pop-up banners on the sides—your banner must be 6 feet long and fit behind or on top of your table top. Class access is easy through the doors between booths 11-15, and access to the exhibit hall is next to booth 13. The yellow line indicates traffic flow through the main (only) entrance.
- Foyer (Staircase area) Single Booth: $1250. Located in front of the NCCA registration desk. Fantastic traffic. The spiral staircase backs booth A. You have 2 feet on each side.
- Exhibit Hall Single/Double Space:
- Single Space: $850 (includes two representative registrations)
- Double Space: $1150 (includes four representative registrations)
- Entry is next to booth 13. The area will have coffee, snacks, breaks, and Saturday breakfast.
All Exhibitors Receive:
- Draped 6x30 Tabletop: This is perfect for displaying your products and services. *The exact booth dimensions vary depending on the location of the booth. The pre-function area does not allow pop-up displays to be put up next to the tabletop. Please email sasha@ncchiro.org with additional questions.
- Electricity is included if requested during registration
- Attendee List: Gain access to a valuable list of potential clients, including their contact information. Note: The NCCA never shares our attendees' emails, so please plan to participate in the vendor game.
- Marketing Exposure: Increase your brand visibility through pre-conference marketing and on-site promotions.
- Networking Opportunities: Connect with industry peers and potential clients during breaks and events.
- Access to all food functions for the company reps.
- Optional Sponsorship Opportunities to increase your brand exposure *(will incur extra cost)
- Ad Block in the Pre-event Email. $250 - Your company is highlighted in the pre-conference attendee email, which goes out to all registered attendees. The ad block will include your logo, about a 50-word text block, and a CTA link. Space is limited. The first company to purchase will get the first pick of the email.
- Event Sponsorships - Each sponsorship will come with a sign with the language selected, company logo, and a call to action/website or phone info/QR code. It will also be highlighted and shared on social media. Example. The artwork is due February 20, 2026.
- Snack Break and Breakfast Sponsor —$125.
- Friday Welcome Reception Bar Sponsor - $200: This sponsorship includes a sign with the selected language, company logo, and a call to action/website or phone info/QR code. 2 Sponsors max.
- Women in Chiropractic Saturday Reception Sponsor - $500: You become the official sponsor of this event. It will include signage, your company name will be included on the schedule next to the event, and it will allow you to be present at this wonderful gathering.
- Conference pen sponsor. $100 and pens- One Spot is available. The NCCA will give sponsored pens to attendees during the event. The NCCA will let you know the number of pens needed.

Frequently Asked Questions
What traffic volume can I expect at my booth?
- Pre-function area will have guaranteed attendee flow throughout the event.
- The NCCA makes a concerted effort to drive traffic into the Exhibit Hall by offering a dedicated Exhibit Hall hour, breakfast served in the Exhibit Hall, and Coffee and Snack Breaks served in the Exhibit Hall.
- The NCCA will also have a vendor game to drive traffic to all vendors.
What vendor policies should I be aware of?
In addition to that, please be advised of the following rules:
- CBD companies and products and Orthotics or orthotics-related merchandise cannot be displayed at the conference.
- Please do not set brochures or materials on tables outside of your booth. If you violate this policy, you will be fined $250.
- Our policy states that you can only move out at the designated periods. Please be respectful to the other exhibitors and attendees by refraining from moving out until the indicated times, including packing supplies and disassembling your booth area.
